"Niño con rostro naranja" is a unique piece. It is an imaginary face, recreated by the artist in an oil painting. One of the intentions in my art is to capture those sincere expressions, which we cannot hide, but our face betrays us because there is truth in it. Children are an example of such sincerity. In my life I have met happy children, but I have also had the misfortune of finding sad children who have broken my heart and have been a source of inspiration for my art. I think that internally there is an intention of denunciation when it comes to putting faces on my canvases, which can make us value life, value the people we have next to us. Something that reminds us that we were children, and that we all carry that child inside. This work is an image of a piece made in Oil / canvas. The child's face was actually the result of imagination, it is not a real child itself. Although it may be a symbol, a representation of that childhood from which we all live and now it is so far away.
