Ukrat was the last planet to be colonized by the Xukratic in the Xutan system. Ukrat seems to not offer the Xukratic much in terms of valuable resources, and so a rural population has sprung up, the planet becoming more of just a place to send trouble makers or unneeded population, rather than a place of production or in the Xukratic's case, growth.
