Lutkra was discovered by the Xukratic over 2 millennia ago. Observing the size and frequency of the craters that cover the planet's surface, it is a wonder the planet still even exists. The planet isn't colonized due to it's unlivable conditions for the Xukratic, however the species regularly sends mining teams to extract rare minerals from crater sites.
