Perhaps it is one of the saddest realities... angelic faces with so much pain at cost. Unsung heroes fighting huge battles, brave children who know how to live from day to day. Children examples whose smiles give value to life. Children in whose eyes there is a sensitive sweetness. Little heroes facing their own monsters without being in the news or outrageously famous. Protagonists of a very difficult story to understand, brave children, princesses and princes without royal crowns. Warriors who courageously face this cruel disease. Don't stop fighting, don't give up, brave real heroes! This piece belongs to a series of watercolors that I have been doing for several weeks. I love the freshness that it leaves on the faces with the subdued colors.
